Chinese Medicine Extraction Workshop
Annual extraction of Chinese herbal medicine 1550 tons
The project was invested and constructed in 2016, with a building area of 47,600 square meters and more than 300 sets of main production equipment. The project intends to introduce advanced production automation and control equipment to produce and process 200,000~500,000 tons of traditional Chinese medicine annually with Chinese herbs as raw materials, mainly including Chinese medicine health food, wall-breaking drinking tablets of traditional Chinese medicine, formula granules of traditional Chinese medicine, bisabololone effervescent tablets, and other heavy-duty products. The designed production scale of the project is 200 tons of traditional Chinese medicine health food, 1,000 tons of wall-breaking tablets, 300 tons of formula granules, and 800 million biflavon effervescent tablets per year. After reaching production, it will realize output value of 650 million yuan, profit of 180 million yuan, tax of 110 million yuan, and can solve the re-employment of more than 150 people.
Small capacity injection workshop
Annual production of 146 million water needles
The new small-volume injection workshop was constructed in 2012, and in July 2018, it passed the new version of GMP re-certification. The workshop has 81 employees and 77 sets of equipments, producing the new national Class II flat asthma drug Dosophylline Injection and the antihypertensive drug Uradil Injection, 2 varieties and 4 specifications of drugs, the workshop can complete the daily production of Dosophylline Injection (10ml: 0.1g) 200,000 pcs or Dosophylline Injection (20ml: 0.2g) 100,000 pcs or Uradil Injection (5ml: 25mg) Production capacity of 100,000 sticks.
Large capacity injection workshop
Annual production of 12 million bottles (bags)
It was built in 2013, and in January 2015, it passed the new version of GMP certification. The workshop has 40 employees and 41 sets of equipments, the year-round production of drugs include Dosophylline Sodium Chloride Injection, Ambroxol Hydrochloride Dextrose Injection, Levofloxacin Sodium Chloride Injection, Ranitidine Sodium Chloride Injection, 4 varieties and 7 specifications of drugs, and the workshop can fulfill the production capacity of 40,000 pieces of 100 ml large capacity injections per day.

The solid preparation workshop was designed and constructed in 2002, and the design of the workshop is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the "Design Code for Purification Production Room" and "Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)". The area is equipped with technical mezzanine, and various production pipelines such as process, water, electricity and air-conditioning are arranged to ensure that the production parts are smooth and level. Partition wall and ceiling materials are color steel sandwich composite panels, the surface finish and fire resistance of the material can meet the requirements of "Clean Plant Design Code". Meanwhile, special doors, windows, observation windows and special items for purification floor drain are adopted for the purification workshop to ensure the cleanliness of the production area.
